AFTER SALES SERVICE.
Maintenance and after-sale support is a crucial sector of our job
and an integral part of Clever’s philosophy.
In the last years we have strictly focused on it, in order to provide a worldwide support to ourclients, thanks to a professional team of technicians able to quickly identify and fix the malfunction,
reducing the downtime.
The after-sale service assistance is divided into
two branches:

The scheduled periodic reviews help keep the machinery in perfect condition and ensure customers maximum and constant efficiency.
Clever provides its assistance

Support to the customer, provided by experienced technicians trained to solve mechanical, electrical, electronic or management software problems;
Telephone support, the specialized technicians are able to respond in real time to a high number of customer needs, ensuring consistent,
high-quality service;
(Remote online support, which can be activated only with the explicit consent of the customer.)
Another important service offered for all types of CLEVER machines is our efficient and fast service of spare parts, with all the pieces produced internally and in stock.
The network of CLEVER subsidiaries and agents now extends over the five continents and guarantees high quality standards and an agile emergency service.
