GS 412
High Speed and Maximum Continuity
The GS 412 is a linear sleeve applicator with a dual sleeve application head, designed for high-speed production, with a capacity of up to 28.000 pcs/hour.
The double spiral screw continuously and accurately transports the products through the applicator, while the two application heads enable high production speeds while maintaining precision and quality.
Continuity is also ensured by the two movable double sleeve reel storage units, which allow reel replacement without downtime. Less downtime, greater continuity, and efficient sleeve handling even in the most intensive production environments. The GS 412 can also be equipped with vertical or horizontal sleeve perforation devices, allowing easy and precise opening of the sleeve on the cap, according to the specific application requirements.

Tunnel SteamJet4
Controlled and Uniform Shrinking
After application, the sleeve enters the SteamJet 4, the steam shrink tunnel developed by Clever Machines to complete the shrinking process in a uniform and controlled manner.
The tunnel consists of independent modules, each with dedicated temperature control. This allows the process to be adapted to the specific characteristics of the product, the container format, and the sleeve, ensuring precise and consistent shrinking across the entire surface.
The electronic control and management of steam, together with PLC control, allow process parameters to be set and stored for each format, making format changeovers easier and the process more repeatable.
For applications requiring even more efficient steam management, the system can be configured with overheated steam, helping to reduce steam emissions during the heat-shrinking process.
