Our sleeve machines are designed to process the sleeve even with an empty container.
Why empty sleeve?

You are a contractor and you need to deliver
the finished container to a customer.

You don’t have space to place the sleever after the filling phase
and therefore you are forced to sleeve the container before filling.

Your product is sensitive to high temperatures
so you want to sleeve the container before filling.
Our Machines line
The modules to be integrated on a standard machine and tunnel for empty working are:
🡆 Infeed conveyor of the sleeve machine with vacuum system, necessary to give stability to the product.
🡆 The system is equipped with a turbine that make the vacuum.
🡆 Electrical resistors inside the shrink tunnel which allow the steam to be overheated so that it comes out less wet.
🡆 Upper conveyor device, place inside the steam tunnel, that allow to stabilize the products during the shrinking process.
🡆 The same upper conveyor also allows to close the open part of the product, so steam doesn’t enter in the container.
