For Clever Machines, in-house production is more than just an organizational approach.
It is a strategic choice that allows us to maintain direct control over every stage of the process, from design and engineering to machine manufacturing and final testing and this is precisely where one of our key strengths lies.
Long before a machine enters production, its design is developed in-house at Clever Machines.
It all starts with design: our Technical Department, Electrical Department and R&D team work continuously to develop new solutions for sleeve application.
The design and electronic programming of our solutions are carried out entirely in-house. This allows us to keep our expertise and know-how within the company, while responding quickly to our customers’ needs. Our production department covers several key stages of the process: raw material processing, electrical component management, assembly and testing.
This way, different areas of expertise work under the same roof, allowing every stage to be directly coordinated and controlled. The result is truly Made in Italy production, carried out entirely in-house.
One Integrated Production Ecosystem
Clever Machines operates from a 12,000 m² facility, with 4,500 m² dedicated to production and 6,000 m² to our Technical Department and R&D activities.
This means bringing design, production, electrical engineering, assembly, testing and after-sales service together on a daily basis, while maintaining close coordination throughout every stage of the process.
It is precisely this level of integration that allows us to develop increasingly efficient and customized solutions.

For us, in-house production means staying closer to our machines and, above all, closer to our customers. It means having first-hand knowledge of the products we manufacture, being able to respond quickly, and turning the experience we gain into new solutions, improvements and innovation.
