Our Pre-Shipping Testing Process
When a machine is ready for shipment, we perform a series of thorough checks to verify every aspect of it, ensuring there are no surprises during the final installation at the customer’s site.
The verification phases:
1. Internal testing of the mechanical and electronic components
In this phase, our team of experts checks all the mechanical and electronic components of the machine. Each individual part is carefully tested to ensure it functions properly.
This is a thorough check that not only covers the physical assembly of the machine but also the interaction between the various electronic and mechanical parts, ensuring smooth operation.
2. Testing of the sleeve shrink application
Once the mechanical and electronic components are verified, we move on to the specific test related to the machine’s sleeve application. For this test, we use samples directly provided by the customer.
This step is crucial to ensure that the final result meets the required application specifications, both in terms of work quality and the final product yield.
3. FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
One of the most important stages of our testing process is the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). This is a test that we can carry out either in the presence of the customer or virtually, depending on the needs.
During the FAT, we show the customer the entire machine in operation, demonstrating each operational part and ensuring that it meets all the required specifications.
This is the moment when the customer can personally verify the machine’s operation, ask for clarifications on any aspects, and approve the machine before shipment.
The positive FAT, meaning the final approval from the customer, is our green light to proceed with the shipment of the machine. This test is a crucial step that ensures the machine is ready to be operational as soon as it arrives at the customer’s site.
